In this role, you will translate strategic ambitions into tangible business outcomes, lead complex transformation initiatives across multiple functions and geographies, and ensure the successful delivery of a portfolio that is critical to DSV's future growth and digital transformation.

What you'll do:
- Lead and govern a portfolio of strategic MDM initiatives.
- Drive portfolio prioritization, planning, execution, and value realization across multiple workstreams.
- Maintain an integrated view of priorities, dependencies, risks, resources, budgets, and delivery commitments.
- Establish and continuously improve governance frameworks, portfolio standards, and delivery methodologies.
- Partner with senior business and technology stakeholders to enable informed decision-making and transformation success.
- Build scalable delivery capabilities covering project management, migration, testing, change management, training, and hypercare.
- Drive organizational readiness and stakeholder engagement to ensure successful adoption of new ways of working.
- Proactively identify and mitigate portfolio risks while ensuring transparency and timely escalation of critical issues.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and operational excellence.
What we're looking for
- Proven experience leading large-scale transformation portfolios or programs in global organizations.
- Strong portfolio and program management expertise, including governance, prioritization, dependency management, and executive reporting.
- Experience with global business transformations, large-scale rollouts, and complex organizational change initiatives.
- Experience delivering transformation within MDM or enterprise data domains, ideally including business partner, location, reference, address or controlling data
- Experience within Master Data Management, Data Governance, SAP MDG and/or SAP ERP environments.
- Consultancy experience within leading transformation programs is highly valued.
- Ability to influence and challenge senior stakeholders while building strong relationships across business and technology functions.
- Demonstrated success operating in highly matrixed, international environments.
- PMP, MSP, PgMP, PRINCE2, Agile, SAFe, or equivalent certifications are considered an advantage.
