The Process Automation & Business Intelligence Department is responsible for supporting DSV GBS by identifying, designing, and delivering automation, analytics, and digital solutions across various business areas.
Our goal is to eliminate repetitive and time‑consuming tasks, improve process quality, reduce Average Handling Time (AHT), and support more efficient and standardized ways of working.
The department consists of three teams:
- Business Process Analytics
- Development
- Maintenance
In addition, the department acts as the Power BI Center of Excellence (CoE) for GBS, supporting reporting standards, best practices, and analytical solutions.
As a member of the Business Process Analytics Team, you will work closely with Business Process Owners, stakeholders, and development teams. Your role is to analyze business processes, understand real business needs, and translate them into clear and structured requirements for automation, digital tools, and reporting solutions.

Through your work, you will contribute to delivering practical, scalable, and value‑driven improvements that support day‑to‑day operations and business decision‑making.
Your responsibilities:
- Analyze end-to-end business processes to identify optimization, standardization, automation, or elimination opportunities, supported by data and measurable impact
- Own automation and digital solution recommendations, including expected benefits, risks, and alternative approaches
- Elicit, structure, and validate business requirements in close cooperation with Business Process Owners, ensuring development-ready documentation (BRD, user stories, acceptance criteria)
- Act as a trusted advisor to business units by proactively identifying improvement opportunities and guiding stakeholders toward suitable automation, analytics, or AI solutions
- Evaluate and apply emerging automation, data, and AI technologies to real business problems in alignment with architectural and security standards
- Serve as the primary bridge between business and development teams, supporting delivery from analysis through UAT and go-live
- Support post‑implementation value tracking and continuous improvement initiatives
Our requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role (Business Analyst, Process Analyst, Automation Analyst or equivalent)
- Experience in analysing and documenting business processes, including creating clear visual process maps (e.g. BPMN, As‑Is / To‑Be)
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with both business stakeholders and technical teams
- Proven ability to gather, structure, and validate business requirements and translate them into clear, development‑ready documentation
- Ability to understand business needs and challenge them constructively to propose feasible and valuable solutions
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, preferably in IT, logistics, business, or a related field
- Fluent English, both spoken and written (advanced level)
Optional:
