Your responsibilities:

• Registration of inquiries from external and internal customers in the accounting area (email correspondence/incoming calls)
• Analysis and recording of statements/accounts from Suppliers
• Informing suppliers about the current status of the account and taking care of the correct flow of information
• Obtaining and forwarding copies of invoices to customers
• Liaising with branches worldwide within ISSC

Our requirements:

• You have very good knowledge of German language
• You have a first experience of working in the Financial/Customer Service Department
• You are familiar with MS Office package
• Ability to work in a team, accuracy, sense of responsibility and ability to prioritize are your qualities
