What You’ll Do
Join us in the DSV Employee Central team within the Global People Systems and Operations organization. Here you will be taking responsibility for the end-to-end project management and rollout of your own projects. Doing so, you become part of our vibrant culture that emphasizes collaboration, professionalism, and timely project delivery.
More specifically, your key tasks include:
- You will manage selected projects including their risks and deadlines
- You will work to gather business requirements that are later to be implemented in SAP SuccessFactors in collaborating with the rest of P&Oand other business stakeholders
- Your projects will implement new functionality by either improving existing processes or perhaps introduce system support for new processes altogether by utilizing P&Otechnology
- You will be managing the full end-to-end implementation, test phases as well as any training as required
- From a systems perspective you will mainly be focusing on SAP SuccessFactors
- In projects you will typically work with our Local P&O teams and our Global IT organization as the main stakeholders. External vendors might sometimes be important parts of your projects as well
Just as important you have focus on compliance on how we collect, use and store data (according to EU and local country regulations) and you ensure your projects adhere to the established governance and policies.

Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in business, human resource management, information systems, or a related field is required
- Familiarity with P&Oconcepts and systems, with at least two years of experience in P&O-related systems administration, preferably SAP SuccessFactors
- Advanced skills in MS Excel are essential, along with proficiency in English (spoken & written).
