Manage business and customer requests related to reports and analytics as part of the global customs organisation.

Define and improve our requirements to measure customs data to improve processes and work out a plan to increase data flow in the area of customs.

Your responsibilities:

• Manages customer requests if it comes to customs data
• Responsible person for internal customs data analysis
• Act as point of contact and request if it comes to customs data.
• Creation of measurement tools to measure customs data globally
• Merge of data from multiple System into
• Creation of Dashboards for the management level
• Definition of SLAs and Solutions to increase data quality
• Cloose cooperation with colleagues from all transportation business units (Road, Ocean, Air and contract logistics
• Maintain created measurement tools
• Ensures all regional and local customs leaders are aligned
• Ensures regional leaders are supportive
• Error and escalation management related to customer reports
• Collaboration with Customs colleagues worldwide
• Act as client contact
• Understanding of technical data flows and logistical processes

Our requirements:

• Experience with Power BI and other analytical tools
• Project Management capabilities and experience
• A good technical and integration understanding
• An end-to-end mindset
• Willingness to learn more about the customs area
• A “do” person with high level of accountability
