Your responsibilities:

• Support to build and strengthen continuous improvement culture within DSV ISS
• Work with operations teams and drive process improvements that quantitatively and qualitatively improve costs, quality, and service
• Track and report continuous improvement project and initiatives
• Support the establishment and delivery of an operational excellence/ standard work program
• Support in defining new KPIs for services provided by DSV ISS and support in their implementation

Our requirements:

• Experience in working in an international environment supported by a minimum of 2 years of professional practice
• Experience in describing business process
• High proficiency in communicating in English (at least B2)
• Completed training from Lean: Yellow/Grean Belt
• Good organization skills
