RSPONSIBILITIES:
• Provide project support to Project Manager, Governance Lead, and Contract Manager within the Network Vendor Management team
• Support end-to-end project coordination activities, including action tracking, milestone monitoring, stakeholder coordination, and maintaining project documentation
• Prepare, maintain, and improve project reporting materials, dashboards, trackers, and governance documentation to ensure transparency and support decision-making
• Collect, validate, consolidate, and manage project data from multiple sources, ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and completeness
• Develop and maintain reporting dashboards using Power BI, Excel, and SharePoint to monitor project progress, risks, milestones, dependencies, and key performance indicators (KPIs)
• Manage SharePoint project sites, documentation libraries, and collaboration spaces, ensuring information is structured and easily accessible
• Support data quality activities, including maintenance of project databases and CMDB-related information
• Build strong working relationships with stakeholders and demonstrate behaviors aligned with company values, collaboration principles, and governance standards
REQUIRED Skills & Experience:
• Experience in project coordination, project support, or project administration roles
• Strong Excel skills, including data analysis, reporting, formulas, automation, and tracker development
• Experience creating dashboards and reports in Power BI is an advantage
Knowledge of SharePoint for document management and collaboration
• Good organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work with complex datasets and translate information into clear, actionable reporting solutions
• Detail-oriented mindset with focus on data accuracy and continuous improvement
