Responsibilies:

  • Planning and overview changes and the handling of these - from request submission until the change is closed.

  • Ensuring that necessary information for every change request is available for the prioritization and planning process (e.g. scope, cost information, test cases, etc)

  • Monitoring the process of approval and prioritization carried out by business

  • Ensuring that changes are prepared accordingly to Global Change Management requirements and are submitted for approval on time

  • Constant monitoring communication channels and service management tool to ensuring that information in service management tool is kept up to date and all relevant information to the change is logged here.

  • Assisting in keeping business requesters informed of the status and progress of their changes.

  • Managing potential risks during planning and implementation of changes where possible, escalate where not.

  • Planning and coordinating releases together with the delivery organization and business.

  • Sending out timely and accurate service announcements

  • Ensuring that CAB (Change Advisory Board) approval for implementation is obtained for all changes.

  • Performing deploy Quality Assurance process

  • Managing information in the project management tools to enable development teams a time registration for reporting purposes

  • Focus on internal process improvements to ensure consistent and efficient Release Management and Quality Assurance process

  • Creating advanced reports and monitoring dashboards related to Release Management and Quality Assurance process

  • Cooperation with other IT teams

  • Communicating in professional and kind manner

  • Creating and updating internal process documentation (guides, instructions, Frequently Asked Questions, etc)

  • Organizing internal training for IT and business

  • Report time spent on particular types of tasks based on current status.

  • Compliance with internal regulations, procedures, law and managers orders, including labor regulations, regulations on remuneration and other internal regulations in the company, including company’s intellectual property protection.

  • Behaviors and attitudes consistent with the values.

 

Our requirements:

  • Experience in working with tools such as: ServiceNow, Clarity, Jira, MS Teams, SharePoint, Confluence

  • Experience in Release Management procedures (risk assessment, CAB meetings, creating service windows, reviewing changes (low, medium, high, expedited, standard), creating standard change templates)

  • Interpersonal skills

  • Focused on details

  • Balance between being open/cooperative and assertive

  • Punctuality

  • Ability to work under stress

  • English: at least B2 level

     

    Nice to have:

  • SAP related experience

  • ITIL foundation or Service Transition certificate

  • Ability to create reports and dashboards
