We are looking for an experienced Senior Business Architect to help shape and govern the future-state architecture of Master Data Management (MDM). In this role, you will bridge strategy, business processes, data, governance, and technology by translating complex business needs into scalable business architecture, while maintaining strong business analysis and delivery support capabilities.

As a trusted partner to business and technology stakeholders, you will play a key role in defining how MDM capabilities, processes, governance models, systems, and data domains evolve to support DSV's global transformation journey.

What you'll do

  • Translate business strategy and transformation objectives into capability maps, target operating models, value streams, and architecture roadmaps.
  • Identify gaps, dependencies, risks, and opportunities for standardization, automation, and process optimization.
  • Lead complex business discovery, fit-gap, and design workshops across global business and technology stakeholders.
  • Act as the link between business objectives, architecture design, requirements, solution delivery, and benefits realization.
  • Ensure end-to-end alignment between MDM, Finance Transformation, Enterprise Architecture, Finance IT, and business stakeholders.
  • Lead business analysis activities including requirements gathering, process modelling, business rules definition, user stories, and functional specifications.
  • Support governance forums, steering committees, and design authorities with architecture recommendations and decision-ready materials.
  • Support project teams throughout design, implementation, testing, deployment, and hypercare phases.
  • Contribute to architecture standards, principles, methodologies, repositories, and reusable design patterns.

What we're looking for

  • Experience working within large-scale transformation programs involving multiple stakeholders, countries, and functions.
  • Experience within Master Data Management (MDM), Data Governance, SAP MDG, SAP ERP, or other enterprise data environments.
  • Strong understanding of process architecture, business architecture frameworks, and change management principles.
  • Ability to connect strategic objectives with practical delivery and operational implementation.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence senior leaders and drive alignment across complex organizations.
  • Experience working with Finance Transformation, Shared Service environments, GBS organizations, or global governance models is an advantage.
