Your responsibilities:

  • Leading and managing complex EDI / API implementations in line with internal procedures and DSV guidelines, ensuring seamless integration of customers and partners with DSV systems.
  • Verifying and gathering business requirements, focusing on quality assurance of data elements and ensuring alignment with integration goals.
  • Prioritizing and scheduling customer integrations on an ongoing basis, ensuring timely and high-quality execution while adhering to defined methods.
  • Facilitating and managing integration project teams, steering communication strategies, and coordinating internal and external stakeholders throughout the implementation process.
  • Monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) and ensuring adherence to integration standards, as well as maintaining up-to-date documentation such as instructions, maps, checklists, and reports.
  • Proactively managing relationships with stakeholders, particularly internal DSV functions, and coordinating with various departments to ensure successful change management and project realization.
  • Reporting to integration stakeholders, including team members, the board, executive management, and CINTO management, ensuring clear and effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Contributing to the continuous development of the Client/Partner Integration process by identifying new solutions, optimizing workflows, and sharing best practices.

Our requirements:

  • Significant experience in running and managing complex projects, particularly in integration and system implementation.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders at all organizational levels.
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
  • Strong ability to manage and mitigate risks, ensuring that projects are completed within scope, time, and budget constraints.
  • A solution-driven mindset with a focus on proactive problem-solving and continuous process improvement.
  • Ability to thrive under pressure in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, maintaining focus on achieving goals and delivering high-quality results.
