Responsibilities:
- Ressource and governance management
- Overview of all development projects, service requests and incidents
- Ensure full visibility of consumers and producers including relevant metrics
- Development handbook, development process, tool support of process, automation and quality and performance reporting
- Secure a professional and service minded Customer Experience
- Adminstrative escalation point -> collect info from needed stakeholder to handle escalation fast and service minded
- Daily management
- Monthly reporting
- KPI reports
- Work with given strategy and setting the direction for specialists
- Stakeholder management model and tactics
- Assist in continuedly improving the Integration Marketplace to the benefit of data requesters
Development coordination & follow-up:
- Development process is followed, and communication is on point
- Key projects and initiatives are tracked and kept in momentum
- Workload and resource planning are kept in continuous balance
- Meeting minutes are done at the project meetings / etc.
- High-priority SRQs are progressing and stakeholders are informed
- Urgent 3rd level incidents are being tended to and that stakeholders are kept updated
- Escalations are handled and that all parties kept informed
- Guidance is given to potential requestors seeking information on new integrations
Communication:
- Communication on larger changes or initiatives is composed and sent to stakeholders
- Enquiries towards processes and policies are answered
- PowerPoints are created and updated as needed
- Relevant news and information are distributed throughout the development organization
- Business and IT stakeholders are both informed and listened to at regular intervals
- Higher management is kept informed about relevant matters
Initiatives
- SharePoint site is updated and maintained
- Request process and Cherwell request form is reviewed and updated
- Development two-year roadmap is developed and maintained
- Development strategic initiatives are carried out according to roadmap
Our Profile:
- About 5 years of working experience with integrations architecture and/or development
- Knowledge of integration landscapes
- Knowledge of Event based architecture
- General knowledge of IT governance and organization
- Preferably knowledge of Confluent Cloud Kafka
- Excellent communication skills
- Able to remain professional and effective under work pressure;
- Have strong analytical skills and the ability to translate these into standard processes
- Are pro-active and willing to involve stakeholders in the decision making process when needed
- Demonstrates a high degree of integrity
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Proven working experience within project management
