ServiceNow Business Analyst 

Enterprise Service Management team is looking for a highly motivated Business Analyst, who will be gathering requirements, delivering recommendations and aligning solutions with business goals and technical capabilities of ServiceNow.  

You will join an agile team of ServiceNow developers located in 3 countries (Poland, Philippines, Denmark) and will be working with both IT and non-IT departments, bridging the gap between development and business stakeholders. 

You will be helping customers – the ones considering moving their processes to ServiceNow and the ones who want to enhance and optimize already implemented functionalities – by assessing business processes and identifying improvement opportunities. 

You will be evaluating data critically, identifying patterns, proposing viable solutions and aligning the analysis with the strategic goals, cooperating with management and key stakeholders. You will work closely and receive support from the development team, having an opportunity to both learn and share knowledge on a daily basis. 

The responsibilities will include: 

• Gathering and refinement of requirements provided by internal customers requesting new functionalities in ServiceNow 

• Translation of business requirements into technical solutions  

• Assessment of risks and opportunities by evaluating the potential impact of proposed changes 

• Presenting recommendations by communicating findings and proposed solutions to stakeholders or technical teams to gain approval and support 

• Supporting developers in technical documentation 

• Supporting the team in active sprints depending on the current need 

Required skills: 

• Familiarity with IT and software applications 

• Proven experience in using ServiceNow 

• Data analysis 

• Analytical thinking and problem solving 

• Advanced English 

• Communication skills (verbal and written) – a person who enjoys interactions with diverse audiences, who listens and discusses possible scenarios and solutions 

• Organizational skills 

• Ability to work in a team setup and individually
