As a Sustainability Data Specialist, you can look forward to an everchanging workday that evolves around both periodical reporting within the ESG area and continuous improvement of our data controlling and analysis processes.

Working both independently and within a diverse and dynamic team, you develop reports and analytical tools and collaborate with stakeholders across numerous Group functions and local DSV entities in more than 80 countries.

 

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Consolidate, analyze, and report ESG data, providing clear and actionable insights to management and stakeholders

  • Support periodic sustainability data controlling processes, maintaining high standards of data accuracy and integrity

  • Develop, optimize, and automate data management systems and processes to enhance efficiency and reduce non-value-adding activities

  • Collaborate on and drive the implementation of sustainability projects and ad hoc initiatives across the organisation

 

OUR REQUIREMENTS:

  • Degree in data science, economics, accounting, or a related field with a strong interest in sustainability.
  • Strong data analysis skills, with experience working with large datasets and deriving actionable insights from data.
  • Exceptional technical communication skills, including storytelling through written, oral, presentation, and visual materials.
  • Advanced skills in Excel, PowerBI, and data visualization tools, with experience in Python being a plus.
  • Proficient in English, with strong presentation and communication abilities to translate data into actionable conclusions.
