Your responsibilities:

  • Cooperation with ISSC units and teams and other process stakeholders,
  • Track and report continuous improvement project
  • Assist process transition to operations and participate in SLA review,
  • Support the establishment and delivery of an operational excellence/ standard work program for ISSC 
  • Designing, preparing and conducting continuous improvement methodologies training sessions
  • Support in defining new KPIs for services provided by ISSC and support in their implementation,
  • Develop, implement and maintain reporting framework for business KPI metrics,
  • Development, implementation and maintenance of the process maturity model of the organization (Maturity Matrix Model),
  • Lead and Support the Lean QMS / Continuous Improvement team and others
  • Compliance with internal regulations, procedures, law

 

Our requirements:

  • Higher education: Finance / Business Administration / Economics / Engineering
  • Knowledge of English at C1 level
  • Experience in working in an international corporation environment supported by a minimum of 5 years of professional practice
  • Knowledge of the Ms Office
  • Good organization skills of own and others work
  • Implementation of new processes, improvements in processes
  • Cooperation with people and effective motivation to self-development, considering the needs of the organization
