Your responsibilities:

  • Monitoring the incoming flow and supporting the team with priority
  • Monitoring system and functions      
  • Daily monitoring KPI for SLA. KPIs development. SLA monitoring and follow up
  • Weekly and monthly reporting
  • Coordinating and prioritizing P3 Incidents  
  • Communicating disruptions (externally and also internally)
  • Participating in rollouts         
  • Meeting customers to understand what is important for the business
  • Motivating and cultivating a Culture of Continuous Improvement
  • Growing and optimizing skills, traits and expertise of all employees. Identifying talent gaps
  • Maintaining knowledge matrix

 

Our requirements:

  • Previous experience in similar position (at least 3years)
  • Managerial skills well established
  • English full professional
  • Ability to understand others experience and needs
  • Fast and efficient communication to relevant stakeholders
  • Understanding of priorities and actions
  • Logical thinking, fact-based approach, and curious mind
  • Problem solving attitude
  • Work well in a team environment, contributes with active and open communication, idea sharing, and coordination
