TASKS:

  • Day-to-day team work coordination - distributing tasks among team members, managing performance, coordinating small projects
  • Handling escalations and ensuring timely and efficient resolution of all major incidents.
  • Verifying the quality of tickets handled by NOC
  • Aligning and discussing needs with the Business as well as managing expectations e.g. though process transparency
  • Proposing, implementing and executing technical and process improvements (standards, templates).
  • Ensuring appropriate shift staffing by creating and maintaining the work schedule.
  • Training and coaching all team members providing direct feedback and contribute to annual employee evaluation process.

 

JOIN US IF YOU HAVE…

  • experience from a similar position i.e. NOC, Event Management (Infrastructure Monitoring Team), Service Desk, Customer Support,
  • general understanding of IT Networks (routing, switching, LAN/WAN,wireless), preferably proven by CISCO certificates such as CCNA / CCNP.
  • KCS, ITIL awareness. Certification is an advantage
  • sound experience with CRM ticketing systems like Service.Now, Remedy, Cherwell…
  • advanced spoken and written English skills, min. B2
