The purpose of our team is to build advanced products that create direct business value for DSV’s Solutions division.

The use cases we will solve will have a high degree of complexity, several integrations, near real-time data processing, a need for high availability, vertical and horizontal scalability

Lead a team focused on building high-quality software that scales and is futureproof

As our new Technical Team Lead/Senior Manager we image that you have gained your technical understanding in a role as developer or software engineer.

If team lead:

We envision that you see the next step in your career as being team lead for a team of specialist and is not scared about being the one setting technical direction for the team. We see the team lead role as a steppingstone to move in the managerial direction.

If Senior Manager:

We envision that you have built a leadership toolbox in leadership and/or Product Owner roles and are now ready for the next step in your career. You are motivated by succeeding through others, and you an effective communicator who builds trust, inspires confidence, and encourages collaboration across teams and departments.

Your responsibilities:

• Interest in leading a team not only using technical skills but also soft skills, this includes leading, mentoring, and inspiring your team
• Great stakeholder management skills being able to manage at all levels of the organisation
• Provide technical guidance and expertise to the team
• Foster a positive and inclusive team culture that encourages innovation, collaboration, and professional growth.
• Actively participate in recruitment efforts, including interviewing and onboarding new team members.
• Technical knowledge within most of the tools in the DSV tech stack
• Have solid experience navigating and collaborating in a global organisation
• Have sound decision-making skills where you choose the best cause of action even in complex situations
