Are you passionate about customs, pricing, and international business? Join our Global Customs team and play a key role in winning new business by coordinating complex tenders and pricing projects across multiple countries and regions.

In this role, you will collaborate with customs experts, commercial teams, and business development stakeholders worldwide to deliver competitive, customer-focused solutions and support strategic growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and coordinate customs-related RFIs, RFQs, RFPs, and pricing requests across international markets.
  • Analyze customer requirements, identify risks and assumptions, and define submission needs.
  • Partner with country customs teams and internal stakeholders to gather, challenge, and align tender inputs.
  • Prepare high-quality customer deliverables, including pricing models, questionnaires, proposals, presentations, and implementation information.
  • Manage tender timelines and stakeholder engagement to ensure on-time, high-quality submissions.
  • Develop and maintain tender tools, knowledge repositories, pricing databases, and best-practice resources.
  • Drive process improvements, standardization, and automation initiatives.
  • Support smooth transitions from sales to implementation by documenting and communicating tender commitments.

Requairements

  • Experience in customs brokerage, logistics, freight forwarding, pricing, tender management, or a related commercial function.
  • Understanding of customs processes and international trade operations.
  • Experience supporting customer tenders, quotations, or commercial proposals is an advantage.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
  • Professional proficiency in English.
