YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Design course storyboards and develop interactive eLearning modules using authoring tools 
• Create engaging multimedia content, including graphics, animations, videos, and quizzes 
• Apply best practices in user interface design and user experience (UI/UX) to create intuitive and effective learning experiences 
• Collaborate with stakeholders and subject matter experts 
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, AI technologies, and best practices in eLearning development 

OUR REQUIREMENTS:

• 2 years of experience in eLearning development, instructional design, or a similar role 
• Minimum 1 year of experience with Articulate Storyline 
• Graphic skills, proficiency in using graphic design software (Adobe Creative Suite) 
• Basic video editing/animation skills 
• Strong understanding of instructional design principles, adult learning theories, and learning methodologies 
• Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work 
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills 
• Very good knowledge of English
