TASKS:
• Functional application support of Cargowise One – main DSV Air & Sea TMS 
• Daily contact with business, IT representatives and software providers
• Handling critical business issues.
• Troubleshooting and solving functional problems.
• Troubleshooting and solving technical problems.
• Creating and maintaining documentation.
