· Service of long-term / key customers

· Working in systems and updating statuses

· Ensuring the execution of orders in compliance with the customer’s needs and company standards

· Ongoing contact with other DSV departments and subcontractors abroad

· Service control for customer



· Very good knowledge of English language

· Very good knowledge of Excel tool (ability to create macro would be advantage)

· Ability to work in a team

· Good communication skills

· Ability to work independently and to organize your working time well

· Experience in customer service

· Experience in transport, forwarding or similar
