YOUR TASKS:

• Customer communication regarding inbound deliveries
• Supporting the shift supervisor in managing inbound operations
• Resolving issues related to deliveries and warehouse operations
• Close cooperation with the shift supervisor, including acting as a deputy during their absence
• Working with a dedicated WMS system

• Fluency in Polish (spoken and written) – mandatory (customer communication)
• Basic knowledge of Excel
• Proficiency in using Outlook
