YOUR TASKS

• Managing contracts of customers assigned to the European Control Tower team
• Participating in the preparation and negotiation of agreements with customers, overseeing their implementation
• Implementing customers and operational processes
• Supervising the proper process of client implementations
• Managing orders, resolving operational issues
• Monitoring performance (KPI) and quality of invoicing
• Organizing and conducting necessary training related to customer’s service
• Ensuring proper relationships with the Company's customers, building the image of DSV

OUR EXPECTATIONS

• Project management and customer service experience
• Minimum 3 years of experience in the Transport, Forwarding and Logistics industry
• Process and project approach
• Ability to coordinate and enforce tasks from the project team
• Focus on the result and ensuring proper quality
• Very good communication skills
• Customer-oriented approach
• Very good knowledge of Polish and English (B2/C1)
• Category B driving license
