YOUR TASKS 

 

  • Ensuring compliance of the process carried out for the assigned customers 
  • Ensuring the execution of orders in accordance with the needs of customers and company standards 
  • Supporting customers by providing information and seeking solutions 
  • Participating in the preparation of quotations for non-standard services 
  • Verifying the accuracy of settlements with customers 
  • Participating in the complaint handling process 
  • Maintaining data accuracy in the system 
  • Ongoing communication with other departments, domestic and international branches 

 

OUR EXPECTATIONS 

 

  • Experience in customer service, preferably in the TSL industry or a related industry, is welcome 
  • Ability to use MS Office package in practice (in particular Outlook and Excel) 
  • Good knowledge of Polish and English language 
  • Ability to work in a dynamic and unpredictable environment 
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with others
