· Service of long-term / key customers

· Working in systems and updating statuses

· Handling of road transport documentation

· Ensuring the execution of orders in compliance with the customer’s needs and company standards

· Ongoing contact with other DSV departments and subcontractors abroad

· Service control for customer 



· have very good knowledge of English language,

· have experience in practical using the Office package (in particular Outlook and Excel),

· are a good team-player,

· have good communication skills,

· you can work independently and organize your own work time well,

· have experience in customer service,

· have experience in transport, forwarding or similar.
