YOUR TASKS

· Organizing of forwarding and transport services

· Cooperation with external partners and DSV departments

· Delivering high-quality services to customers

· Realization of budget and quality goals

· Ensuring the correctness of data in the system and the high level of service

OUR EXPECTATIONS

· Experience in handling international transport

· Good knowledge of the freight forwarding market and ability to cooperate with subcontractors

· Good knowledge of English language

· Knowledge of the customs processes related to transport outside the EU will be an advantage

· Analytical approach and solving problems skills

· Ability to work in a busy environment

· Focus on achieving results and continuous self-improvement

· Motivation to provide excellent service to our customers

· Ability to cooperate effectively with others inside and outside the organization
