Position responsibilities:
岗位职责：

1. Responsible for warehouse receiving and shipping, inventory management, document information flow processing, data report management, and abnormal event handling.
   负责仓库收发货、库存管理、单据信息流转处理、数据报表管理、异常事件处理工作。
2. Responsible for daily work arrangement and supervision of the warehouse, effectively leading and motivating the team to complete daily tasks efficiently, accurately, and in an orderly manner.
   负责仓库日常工作安排和监督，充分调动和带领工作人员高效、准确、有序地完成日常工作。
3. Responsible for warehouse 5S promotion and implementation, as well as improvements in operation process optimization.
   负责仓库5S推广及执行，作业流程优化等方面的改善。
4. Responsible for warehouse staff training, and supervising effective implementation and on-the-ground application, continuously improving work efficiency and quality.
   负责仓库工作人员培训，并督导有效落地和实施，不断提高工作效率和质量。
5. Follow up on the completion of various KPIs to ensure timely fulfillment of customer delivery requirements.
   跟进各项KPI完成情况，确保及时满足客户交付需求。
6. Provide timely responses to customer inquiries and requests, and receive visits from corresponding clients.
   对客户的咨询和要求进行及时反馈，接待所属客户的来访。
7. Complete other tasks assigned by the supervisor.
   完成领导交办的其它工作任务。

Requirements:
任职要求：

1. Technical secondary school diploma or above.
   中专或以上学历。
2. More than two years of warehouse management work experience.
   两年以上仓库管理工作经验。
3. Familiar with WMS, ERP, and other operating systems, as well as computer office software operation.
   熟悉WMS、ERP等操作系统、电脑办公软件操作。
4. Capable of handling work pressure, with strong communication skills, and abilities in planning, organizing, coordinating, analyzing, and executing.
   有一定的工作抗压能力，有较强的沟通能力，计划、组织、协调、分析和执行力。
5. Have a team spirit, a strong sense of responsibility, work carefully and conscientiously, and accept reasonable overtime requirements.
   有团队合作精神，责任心强，工作仔细认真，接受合理加班要求。
