1. Market Development & Lead Generation 市场拓展与潜在客户开发
Proactively visit potential clients including manufacturers, brand owners, distributors, and cross-border e-commerce sellers. Generate leads through exhibitions, industrial parks, associations, and referrals. Identify customer pain points in warehouse outsourcing (e.g., high costs, poor management, seasonal capacity shortages, multi-location distribution) and convert vague needs into actionable sales leads.
主动拜访潜在客户,包括制造商、品牌所有者、分销商以及跨境电子商务卖家。通过展会、工业园区、协会和推荐等方式获取潜在客户信息。找出仓库外包过程中的客户痛点(例如:成本过高、管理不善、季节性产能不足、多地点配送等),并将模糊的需求转化为可操作的销售线索。
2. Requirement Collection & Data Standardization 需求收集与数据标准化
Use the company's standardized "Warehouse Requirement Collection Form" to systematically document key client information during onsite visits: product type, SKU count, daily throughput, inbound/outbound frequency, expiration date management requirements, system integration needs, etc. Not responsible for quoting, but ensure completeness and accuracy of collected information to minimize repeated internal communication.

3. Lead Nurturing 潜在客户培育
Maintain periodic contact (e.g., quarterly visits, industry news sharing) with high-potential clients not yet converted. Continuously monitor client business changes (expansion, relocation, seasonal fluctuations, new sales channels, etc.) to trigger fresh opportunity identification and build long-term customer relationships.
与尚未转化为客户的高潜力客户保持定期联系(例如每季度拜访、行业资讯分享)。持续关注客户的业务变化(扩张、搬迁、季节性波动、新销售渠道等),以发现新的机会并建立长期的客户关系。
