Requirements: · Bachelor's degree and/or engineering degree · Advanced conversational English · Proficiency in Microsoft Office (advanced level) · At least 3 years of experience in a similar position Responsibilities: · Constantly coordinate with the CSR team to ensure the proper release and scheduling of orders within the shipping window or those pending shipment, ensuring that customer request dates are met and that this is done in accordance with established requirements and priorities. · Analyze and address, in collaboration with the CSR team, the causes of delays in orders awaiting shipment. · Develop solutions to report a plan to management and the customer. · Prepare reports on operational metrics in collaboration with management, including action items and resolution dates, to facilitate operational follow-up. · Coordinate the CSR and operations teams to effectively implement the RISO process (missed target dates and date reassignment), as well as pull orders (pull-ins) into the shipping window so they can be released and meet the reassigned deadlines. · Provide support to the Operations and CSR teams regarding material shortage meetings; request priority material to supply the operation in order to align material arrival dates with the dates required by the customer. · Coordinate meetings with the Operations department and with customers to communicate and update information needed by the business units or operational processes. · Provide support to the Operations and CSR teams regarding meetings on material shortages, prioritizing supplies for operations. · Ensure 100% compliance with the OSD process by updating the CX1 System in a timely and proper manner; conduct direct follow-up with vendors to ensure EDI compliance. · Provide guidance and training to the team on the introduction of new business units (BUs) or client requirements, with the goal of meeting agreed-upon metrics and expectations. · Track and monitor the supply chain through the various 4PL providers to DSV · Responsible for effective communication between DSV and vendors to ensure compliance with inbound and outbound shipments · Attend stabilization meetings, led by the signals team and presented to the operations team and the client, to review the summary of technical issues affecting orders. · Host client visits to explain the process, present the operations team’s planning for compliance, and address any questions that may arise · Serve as the client’s primary point of contact for operations regarding incident resolution, metrics, requirements, and questions related to operational situations. |
