As Senior Director, Global Customer Management Europe, you will play a critical role in driving growth, innovation, operational excellence, and customer value for a hyperscaler customer in Europe within our Contract Logistics business. This is an opportunity to influence decisions at the highest levels, work across international teams, and shape the future of a complex and fast-moving logistics partnership.

What will you be doing?
As the primary Contract Logistics contact for a strategic customer in Europe, you will:
• Build and develop trusted relationships with senior customer stakeholders across the region
• Lead a high-performing team focused on delivering exceptional customer outcomes
• Define and execute account growth strategies that drive revenue, profitability, and long-term partnership success
• Develop customer roadmaps and strategic account plans in collaboration with internal stakeholders
• Identify and drive new business opportunities, operational improvements, and innovation initiatives
• Ensure operational performance consistently meets customer expectations and contractual commitments
• Act as the key escalation point for customer-related matters across Europe
• Collaborate with country leadership, operations, solution design, IT, commercial teams, and P&L owners to align priorities and deliver results
• Promote continuous improvement, best practice sharing, and standardisation across operations
• Support the implementation of new business initiatives and complex customer solutions
• Contribute to the development and enhancement of DSV global standards and customer management practices
What you will bring
To succeed in this role, you will combine commercial leadership, operational understanding, and strong stakeholder management skills.
We are looking for someone with:
• Extensive experience within contract logistics, third-party logistics (3PL), supply chain, or a similar industry
• Significant experience in commercial, operational, account management, or customer leadership roles
• Experience working within large, international matrix organisations
• Strong understanding of contract logistics operations, account management, and customer solutions
• Proven ability to drive revenue growth, profitability, and customer satisfaction
• Experience managing complex customer relationships at executive level
• Strong commercial acumen and strategic thinking capabilities
• Excellent communication and influencing skills across multiple stakeholder groups and geographies
• A structured, analytical approach to problem solving and decision making
• Experience leading change, innovation, and continuous improvement initiatives
• Understanding of logistics technologies, warehouse management systems (WMS), and business applications
• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business or a related field
• Fluent business English, written and spoken
• Willingness and ability to travel frequently across Europe
