Job Req Number: 127919
Time Type: Full Time
Help shape DSV's approach to regulatory compliance in a rapidly evolving technology landscape
At DSV, regulatory compliance is becoming increasingly important as new requirements emerge across information security, technology and digital transformation. We are looking for a Regulatory Compliance Manager who can turn complex regulations into practical solutions and help ensure that compliance becomes a natural part of how we operate globally.
This is a unique opportunity to work at the intersection of regulation, technology and business. You will play a central role in DSV's compliance efforts, with NIS2 as the primary focus, while also contributing to topics such as the AI Act, Cyber Resilience Act and other regional regulatory requirements.
Join Security Governance & Risk
You will become part of our Security Governance & Risk team within Group Information Security & Compliance. The team consists of 16 skilled colleagues with diverse backgrounds and a collaborative mindset. Working closely with senior management, the CISO and stakeholders across regions and functions, you will help ensure that regulatory requirements are translated into clear actions that support both security objectives and business needs.
In DSV, we value ownership, transparency and collaboration. We work from the office four days a week, creating an environment where knowledge sharing, dialogue and decision-making happen quickly and effectively.
What you will do
As Regulatory Compliance Manager, you will be responsible for creating clarity and structure in a complex regulatory environment. You will assess new requirements, coordinate implementation efforts and help ensure that DSV remains aligned with relevant legislation and industry standards.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Preparing compliance reporting and executive status updates for senior management and the Board of Directors
- Maintaining an overview of regulations impacting information security and technology, including NIS2, AI Act, CER Directive and Cyber Resilience Act
- Developing and strengthening DSV's existing NIS2 coordinator network
- Assessing regulatory requirements and evaluating their impact on security, risk and technology landscapes
- Translating legal and regulatory obligations into practical controls, policies, governance frameworks and implementation roadmaps
- Supporting legal assessments and gap analyses in collaboration with Information Security Officers and other stakeholders across regions
- Driving alignment and progress across DSV's NIS2 initiatives
- Monitoring regulatory developments and advising on actions required to maintain compliance
What we are looking for
We are looking for someone who combines strong analytical skills with a pragmatic and business-oriented mindset. You enjoy navigating complexity and are able to communicate regulatory topics in a way that is easy for others to understand and act upon.
To succeed in this role, you likely bring experience from information security governance, cyber security governance, regulatory compliance, IT risk, IT audit or a related discipline.
In addition, we imagine that you:
- Have a solid understanding of regulatory frameworks such as NIS2, AI Act, GDPR and ISO 27001
- Are experienced in translating regulatory requirements into practical business and technology initiatives
- Have worked with governance frameworks, policies or compliance programmes in a complex organisation
- Can confidently engage with both technical specialists and senior business stakeholders
- Have strong presentation skills and can communicate complex topics clearly through executive-level reporting and PowerPoint presentations
- Thrive in an international environment where collaboration across countries, functions and cultures is part of everyday work
