• Monitor a team of storekeeper
• Maintain smooth warehouse operations & handle cargo movement
• Respond to customer's enquiries in a timely manner with effective communication skill
• Support management to meet operational targets
• Responsible for various reporting for management review
• Monitor subcontractor performance and develop improvement plan for rectification of performance
• Ensure contracted suppliers comply with company quality procedures
• Other ad-hoc assignments from Management
• Monitor the service quality and asset utilization of the warehouse
• Evaluate and review existing procedure & warehouse operation
