Move forward as Business Development Manager at DSV in Maastricht

As a business development manager at DSV in Maastricht Airport, you play a key role in the growth of our Parcel activities within Benelux.

Driving commercial growth within DSV Parcel, with a strong focus on our new product Parcel E‑com: you’re on it.
How you do this? In this role, you are responsible for the entire sales cycle, from cold acquisition and contract negotiations to implementation and relationship management. Depending on your experience, you will work with SME customers (shorter sales cycles) or strategic key accounts (more complex trajectories with longer negotiations). With your commercial insight and knowledge of logistics processes, you translate customer needs into concrete parcel solutions. You work closely with customers and internal stakeholders to achieve the best possible results. You achieve this by:
- actively acquiring new customers within the Benelux;
- analyzing market developments and identifying growth opportunities;
- guiding new customers during the implementation phase;
- maintaining and expanding long‑term customer relationships;
- contributing to the sales and growth strategy of DSV Parcel.

You bring
- proven experience in business development, sales or a similar commercial role within transport or logistics;
- a strong commercial and results‑driven mindset;
- the ability to identify opportunities and turn them into concrete deals;
- excellent communication and negotiation skills;
- a true team‑player who easily collaborates with sales, operations and management.
