As a warehouse team leader healthcare, you are responsible for directing and motivating your team. You work in a dynamic environment with various customers and play a crucial role in ensuring warehouse processes run smoothly and efficiently: You contribute to this.You’re on it.

How you do this? As a warehouse team leader healthcare, you make sure daily operations run seamlessly. In a fast-paced environment with multiple clients, you use your leadership skills to optimize processes and elevate your team. You achieve this by:

• contributing ideas and input for projects aimed at improving our logistics processes and procedures;
• coaching, training, and managing your team members;
• enforcing and monitoring compliance with legal, company, and safety regulations;
• leading daily operations and ensuring everything stays on track;
• working day shifts or rotating shifts, depending on your preference and availability.

You bring

• excellent communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate others;
• knowledge of logistics processes within a warehouse;
• willingness to work in a two-shift schedule;
• a good command of the English language, both spoken and written.
