- Assist full-time department employees with daily routine work, follow up on job-related affairs, ensure the orderly progress of daily departmental operations, and cooperate with the team to complete phased work objectives.
- Be responsible for sorting, inputting, checking and archiving various materials, documents and data, standardize document classification management, and ensure complete materials, accurate data and clear ledgers.
- Take the initiative to learn professional job knowledge and work procedures, and quickly get familiar with company rules and regulations, business systems and working tools.
- Complete other temporary auxiliary work assigned by superior leaders and actively cooperate with the team to finish various collaborative tasks.
