  • Ensure full compliance with all warehouse, logistics, safety, quality, and operating procedures.
  • Oversee and coordinate inbound, outbound, returns, and exchange operations, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and proper documentation.
  • Plan, coordinate, and liaise with customers, transporters, and internal stakeholders on daily shipment schedules, delivery collections, and operational issues.
  • Monitor and conduct visual inspections on inbound and outbound shipments; investigate and report non‑conformances, damages, shortages, or discrepancies to the Supervisor/Manager.
  • Perform and oversee cycle count administration and stocktaking activities, ensuring inventory accuracy and system integrity.
  • Maintain database accuracy through timely system transactions and verification of inventory movements.
  • Ensure all shipment and warehouse documentation (DOs, delivery notes, returns, reports) are accurate, complete, and submitted within required timelines.
  • Prepare, consolidate, and submit operational reports and data analysis (e.g. inventory accuracy, shipment performance) to the Operations Executive or Supervisor.
  • Support the Supervisor in achieving operational KPIs, service level targets, cost efficiency, and productivity goals.
  • Participate in and drive process improvement initiatives, including workflow optimization, efficiency enhancement, and standardization.
  • Support and promote 5S and continuous improvement culture within the warehouse and logistics operations.
  • Provide guidance to warehouse operators when required to ensure smooth daily operations.

Requirements

  • Diploma in Logistics / Supply Chain Management / Business Administration or equivalent.
  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in logistics, warehousing, or supply chain operations.
  • Experience in coordinating with transporters and customers is preferred.
  • Good understanding of end‑to‑end logistics and warehouse operations (inbound, outbound, inventory control).
  • Familiar with inventory management systems / WMS / ERP and basic data analysis.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and basic reporting.
  • Knowledge of 5S, safety, and quality standards is an advantage.
  • Comfortable working in a warehouse/logistics environment.
  • Willing to work shift schedules, overtime, or weekends when required.
