- Responsible for exception processes for all POU sites.
- Overall management for TIC incoming and outgoing process.
- Advice Program Manager on all issues related to the effective operations of the Program.
- Establish key performance indicators (KPI) and targets for major functions.
- Analyse performance and activity indicators to identify improvement opportunities.
- Process mapping with Customers for new or changed business requirements.
- Liaise with other DSV departments (eg, IT, HR, Purchasing & Finance) to obtain timely support for the Program.
- Support and promote DSV’s quality initiatives to staff.
- Staff Recruitment.
- Ability to resolve and implement changes.
- Provision of corrective actions to Customer to prevent future occurrence of errors projects.
- Drive automation initiatives, including robotics and digital workflows.
- Utilize WMS, TMS, ERP, and logistics control tower platforms.
- Leverage data analytics and business intelligence tools for decision-making.
- Review of Program Organizational structure.
- Take disciplinary action on staff when required.
- Approve staff leave application, transport and medical claims.
- Approve requisition of items for operations usage.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Analytics, Engineering, or related field.
- 8+ years of logistics/3PL operations experience.
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or equivalent continuous improvement certification.
- Experience developing operational dashboards and presenting insights to senior management and customers.
- Proficient in data analysis, KPI management, and performance reporting.
- Advanced knowledge of Power BI, Excel, SQL, or similar analytics tools.
- Ability to translate operational data into actionable business insights and recommendations.
- Strong understanding of WMS, TMS, ERP, and supply chain systems.
- Experience with data governance, data accuracy, and process compliance.
- Ability to integrate and interpret data across multiple operational platforms.
- Strong analytical and root cause analysis capabilities.
- Experience in forecasting, capacity planning, productivity improvement, and cost optimization.
- Ability to lead data-driven projects that enhance operational performance, customer satisfaction, and profitability.
