POSITION SUMMARY
The InFab Material Handler is responsible for the efficient movement, tracking, and management of semiconductor materials within a cleanroom fabrication environment. This role ensures timely delivery of wafers and production materials to support continuous manufacturing operations while maintaining strict contamination control standards.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Transport semiconductor wafers (FOUPs), materials, and components between production tools and workstations within the cleanroom
- Monitor and track material movement using Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) to ensure accuracy and traceability
- Maintain proper inventory levels and ensure materials are delivered to the correct locations on schedule
- Follow strict cleanroom protocols, including gowning procedures and contamination control requirements
- Support production teams by prioritizing urgent materials and minimizing delays in workflow
- Operate automated material handling systems (AMHS), conveyors, and carts as required
- Perform routine checks and basic troubleshooting of logistics equipment
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and operational procedures
- Communicate effectively with operators, technicians, and engineers to support production goals
REQUIRED SKILLS & COMPETENCIES
Required:
- High school diploma or GED
- Ability to work in a cleanroom environment under strict protocols
- Basic computer skills and data entry experience
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to follow standard operating procedures (SOPs)
Ability to handle amber light
Preferred:
- 1-3 years of Experience in logistics, warehouse operations, or semiconductor manufacturing
- Familiarity with MES, SAP, or inventory tracking systems
- Previous cleanroom or manufacturing experience
- Strong teamwork and communication skills

Physical Effort: Moderate Physical: Frequent lifting or moving of packages up to 50 lbs; regular bending and reaching.

Working Conditions:
- Operational environment with exposure to varied temperatures, dust, and noise
- Work performed in a controlled cleanroom environment
- Required to wear full cleanroom PPE (bunny suit, gloves, mask, goggles)
- Exposure to sensitive lighting when in clean room
- Prolonged standing and walking (8–12-hour shifts)
- Repetitive lifting and material handling
- Required work performed on outside dock on rotating basis
For this position, the expected base pay range is $23.23 hourly . Actual compensation will be determined based on job-related factors such as relevant experience, skills, education, certifications, and geographic location, in accordance with applicable laws and company policy.
