Move forward as Customer Service Representative (Shift) at DSV in Moerdijk
You are the one to fulfill the essential role as customer service representative (shift) within a dynamic logistics operation for DSV Moerdijk! You find satisfaction in precise coordination, customer contact, and tackling challenges! In our two-shift system, you are responsible for smooth order processing and an excellent customer experience, day in and day out.

 

You get it done
Keeping the customer satisfied and our logistics operation running: you contribute directly to this. As a customer service representative (shift), you work from our modern location at Logistiek Park Moerdijk, a warehouse of 240,000 m², the largest contiguous warehouse in the Benelux.You’re on it. 

 

How you do this? You handle all administrative, planning and communication tasks related to inbound and outbound goods flows. You have continuous contact with both internal departments and the customer, and you monitor every step in the process. You achieve this by:
•    proactively coordinating with customers and colleagues while maintaining oversight;
•    carefully preparing, processing, and planning incoming and outgoing orders;
•    identifying and following up on discrepancies in orders;
•    liaising between the warehouse, planning, and the customer to monitor progress;
•    you will work in a two-shift system: morning shift: 06:00 – 15:00 / evening shift: 15:00 – 00:00.

You bring

•    proven experience as a customer service representative within B2B;
•    experience with logistics and transport;
•    good computer skills and experience with MS Office and practical with new systems;
•    excellent knowledge of the English language, both spoken and written;
•    ability to maintain an overview in a dynamic environment.
